Halloween Figures Start Shipping This Friday!

If you need to change your address, please send us an email at service@fright-rags.com as soon as possible so we can change it in our system. Any address change requests we receive AFTER Thursday, May 12 at 5pm EDT may not be able to be changed before your order is processed.

Once your order is printed, you will receive a shipping confirmation. However, it may take 3-5 business days for the order to be received by the USPS and tracking updated. Please allow this time for the tracking to be updated with an expected delivery date.

To ship these orders as quickly as possible, we are processing them in batches based on the contents of the order. This helps speed up the process as well as reduce errors in picking. That means not all orders will be going out in the exact order they were received. We have several thousand orders to fill and each one takes time to pick and pack, but rest assured our fulfillment team will be working hard on getting all orders out as quickly as they can. We hope to have all orders shipped within 10-14 days from when we begin (hopefully sooner).
